    tattoos as possible)
  2. Turn your cell phone off (unless you are in the life saving business)
  3. Show up on time
  4. There is a difference between an excuse and a reason (call me for
    clarification)
  5. Everyone makes a mistake (even you) so develop a forgiving spirit
  6. The opinions of others can be respected even if you disagree
  7. Familiarize yourself with information to be discussed before your meetings (it makes you look smarter)
  8. If you do not know what you are doing, please seek counsel from those who do
  9. Conduct yourself according to the position you hold (at work, and at home)
  10. Laugh often and with others because life is funny
