Attorney Bob Kohn from New York filed this Amicus Curiae (friend of the Court) brief to oppose a proposed anti-trust settlement of three e-book providers with the Department of Justice.
It’s a mere 8 pages long – including citations, a cover page, and a signature page.
It’s a “graphic novellette.”
That means it’s a 5-page comic strip. It’s also very well done and easy to understand the issues and the author’s position on the case.
You really need to take a look at this. It could set a standard for future legal briefs.
